Signature Treatment

My Signature Treatment, a personalised skin experience using a curated blend of techniques. This bespoke journey is dedicated to promoting healthy and positive ageing, acknowledging that each session is uniquely tailored.

Beginning with body gua sha on the neck, shoulders, and back. Followed by deep cleansing and optional extractions. Experience the rejuvenating touch of face massage and gua sha. The invigorating benefits of buccal massage or intraoral, which gives you an instant lift and contour by releasing tension in the cheeks and jaw, used by Meghan Markle and Victoria Beckham.

And, the choice of Thai Herbal Poultice or Oxygen treatment, all complemented by LED therapy.

The skincare I used is plant-based, Dermaviduals, Eminence Organics, and Aypa Skincare, ensuring a comprehensive and indulgent approach to your skin's well-being.

VOGUE says of Gua Sha

"Reduces wrinkles, rejuvenates, tones and smoothes skin, boosts collagen, combats pigmentation, dark circles and puffy eyes, defines jawlines (hello contouring!) and even decongests the sinuses."

Using a Thai Herbal Poultice to reduce inflammation and release deep rooted tension as well as a combination of massage tools made from high quality crystals. Nephrite, Jade, Rose Quartz, and Mookaite.

Gua Sha Benefits

You will benefit from increased energetic movement and flow, which naturally clears obstructions that lead to acne, rosacea, puffiness, dark circles and sensitivities. Igniting this natural healing power, the skin begins to radiate and glow.

What is Gua Sha?

Gua Sha has risen in popularity rapidly in the last few years, especially in the skincare and wellness industry.  Gua Sha (pronounced gwa sa) has been used for centuries as part of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM).

Gua sha offers many benefits for skin and health, in TCM, gua sha is commonly used to help relieve muscle aches, pain, fever and other illnesses. The technique has been passed down through generations, with its roots in Eastern wellness methods, how lucky we are to now have these healing modalities in the West.
