Feel like a Goddess!

This is a new facial I added after my retreat in Bali. It was something I was called to do long before I got on the plane to my adventure but I needed the time away to meditate and visualise each step.

The Goddess Facial is a series of healing and cleansing rituals combined to purify and rejuvenate your skin. Before you arrive I meditate and tune into what skincare you need, sometimes I find myself making face packs from ingredients in my fridge. A facial with me is most likely to be slightly different each time.

When we begin the facial I ask you to hold and connect with palm Crystals which can extract negative energies from the body and put you in a state of tranquility.

Next, I start the purification process by gently cleansing and massaging the face to boost the lymphatic flow and aid deep relaxation.

I will cleanse, tone, exfoliate, refresh, moisturise and cocoon the skin, so it can fully replenish itself.

The oils, rose moon essences, flower mists, creams and masks I use all have vital energies and beautiful scents, to work in synergy with the physical rituals.

I also massage your hands, feet and arms during the facial to release any tension and restore harmony and balance.

At the end of this facial, you will feel like a goddess, with a glow of serenity that comes from being balanced within.
