Using a gua sha tool on the body is an ancient remedy which has been used for centuries to release knots and tension, gua sha improves circulation, helps with fascia release and makes you feel good.
This is not a standard body massage, I use a sterile gua sha tool and the treatment takes around thirty minutes.
Please note that this treatment needs to be avoided before any special event because of the "sha" which can come to the surface.
