I have to leave a review because Donna is amazing. I went to see her to treat myself and it was such a treat, my neck pain went that I had been dealing with for months the pain has not returned a year on. Jaw tension gone, I felt so good. She also pointed out my thyroid was swollen which I was unaware of, turns out I have a thyroid autoimmune condition that was undiagnosed but I had been noticing symptoms but overlooked them as they seemed minor. She’s completely changed my life and thankfully I caught it early. Looking forward to seeing her again soon. Thanks Donna!

Absolutely loved my facial! I've struggled for years with my skin, and while I've enjoyed the relaxing ritual of a facial, never before actually experienced visible results from one. I couldn't believe how smooth and radiant my skin looked the day after. Not to mention how relaxing the treatment itself was, I drifted onto another plane during the sound bowl section! I visited Donna, finally, having wanting to see her for so so long.It came about in the most unexpected & yet beautifull way.Donna is just as warm in person, and wow, her treatment is unique.Of course, she makes it bespoke for each individual and, well, off she went with her intuition.She said she would work on my back with her gua sha stone.  This helps with stagnation clearing in the body, and imbalances rise to the surface - what is known as sha.  This can be physical and emotional.In my case I'm sure my back looked like it had lots of sha - looks similar to bruising and looks worse than it actually feels.  I didnt feel like how my skin looked if that makes sense!  No pain from it.Before she started on my back, she'd asked me to tell her if it hurt so she can change pressure.I know it might sound strange but my back feels more like a back after so long 🙌🏽Donna then worked on my face.Though she worked on my whole face, my jaw, TMJ area and buccal (intra oral) is where she focused.And boy oh boy can I feel a big difference right now.  My cheeks don't feel rock hard, they feel soft it feels great to smile, not like a hard rock is blocking it!!I am so grateful to have finally visited this hand magician, and honestly if you see her, which you absolutely must, then please make sure Donna works on your back too - I think you'd be missing out otherwise.It really does go hand in hand & makes it what her signature treatment is, exquisite, nurturing & unique!!This, was not a service,It was an experience,like, no, other🪄💫♥️

Each time I see Donna, the experience is truly unique and that’s because she is so connected to creating an amazing bespoke treatment every time. I have had a lot of facials and what differentiates Donna and what makes me come back regularly is that because she is such a deep, sensitive and peaceful person, the energy transfers beautifully, and it becomes a whole, holistic and emotional encounter, while remaining relaxing. I have had a holistic facial before but the experience I had with Donna was on a different level. She really takes into account the "whole body" and she identified the stress I was feeling when she worked on my neck, shoulders and back releasing a lot of tension which I am sure was showing up in my skin which had been flaring up recently. The techniques and products she uses are exceptional and she fully restored my "glow" and I came out of the appointment with plumped up healthy looking skin. Aside from the relaxing experience I really loved that she shares tips and tools that you can take away and use at home. Her treatment room is a haven in the middle of central London so the perfect place to go if you need some calm and self care time.

Donna has been treating me during my Peri-Menopause through to my Menopause - a really testing time for my skin. I had a face & body treatment with Donna and loved it so much that I booked another one a couple of days later. I can really feel the difference in my skin and people said I looked more relaxed.I had Bell’s palsy and the massage and Gua Sha was very helpful in releasing tightness on that side of my face.It was such a relief to not have so much tightness in my face and neck, and it felt more like it used to before the Bell’s palsy.I so highly recommend Donna's treatments she's the best at what she does.Thank you so very much. I had a gua sha and facial with Donna. With just one session, my back that was sore for the last couple of years and felt dead, was completely changed. All of the muscle pain was gone whenever I'd stand up from bed. Treat yourself to any of Donna's sessions; guarantee that it will be a great investment. And the facial was great too.

I have been to see Donna twice now. I discovered her on Instagram, followed and finally paid a visit for the first time a month ago. I had the Gua Sha fusion facial with Thai Poultice. It was truly amazing. It’s much more than a facial. I work at a computer most of the day, regularly do long hours and some times find myself hunching over; my job can be hectic (sound familiar?). I told Donna this and she started off by working on my back, moved on to my shoulders and then moved on to my face. 1hr and a half of bliss. My second visit, I had puffy eyes I asked Donna if she could tackle that and she did. You may book the same facial, but it will be tailored to your needs, so not the same. I have had many facials/massages over the years and this is one of the best, if not, the best I’ve had. Donna has a lovely way about her and made me feel totally at ease. I can highly recommend a visit, you will not be disappointed!

One of the best facials I’ve ever had. Donna is an extremely pleasant person and was so gentle in her treatment. I would highly recommend the signature treatment with the buccal massage. Came out feeling refreshed and could see the difference in my face (less water rentention and puffiness). Will definitely be paying a visit again.

I had a wonderful experience with Donna. I had been experiencing pain in my neck and upper back after a period of illness. After Donna's treatment this eased significantly and an added bonus was the release of water retention, leaving my skin smoother and more even-toned. Donna is the only facialist I visit as she’s by far the best in her field. She’s extremely knowledgeable and gives the most amazing treatments. I have the best experience doing the Gua Sha treatment by Donna. I went on a Saturday morning. Although feeling under the weather at first due to my pregnancy, after some hesitation, I decided to keep my appointment and went. One of the best decisions I ever made. Donna is so caring, and her hands have the best touch and I felt so much better after the treatment. My experiential key words for Donna’s Gua Sha treatment: Rejuvenating, Relaxing, DecompressingFull review: I have quite a stressful job, and work from home, off a laptop. Weekends are mostly DJing (leaning over decks and generally standing up in stressful noisy places, playing hard techno). Therefore, it’s safe to say I have a lot of stored up tension, stress, and even anxiety, along with the daily stresses of life ☺Donna’s treatment focused on the upper half of my body with a focus on the facial aspects. It’s called Gua Sha (she explains it better than I ever can on her website ☺). It lasted about 90 mins and it was absolutely wonderful. I came away feeling therapised, cared for, and even listened to (Donna seems to be able to elicit conversations that help to relax me, while doing the treatment). So this is the triumvirate of healing as I see it.I’m a bit picky about therapists splashing any old oil and spritzer and chemicals, and so, Donna patiently explained the provenance of all what she uses and used. For instance, she used only organic skin care by Eminence (they have replanted 20 million trees since being in business), crystal (not synthetic) Gua Sha tools, and applied a mask made of jade crystals (for the eyes), all in order to release tension, stagnant energy, and release some of the pent up energy. There was also the spritzer made from the exquisite Hierba Luisa (Lemon Verbena), which has powerful anti-oxidant properties, and helps to relax and rejuvenate the skin.She also used low-level LED lights to boost collagen production, and finished off with the Tibetan bowls for clearing chakras.Now, as a self-proclaimed rational scientist, all this was something I used to turn my nose up at. But in the past 5 years, having followed a more Buddhist/spiritual path, I see so many benefits in leveraging the habits, customs, and techniques from the far East, thus allowing us stressed Westerners to gain some benefits from that. So for that alone, I thank Donna whole-heartedly. However, the biggest gratitude goes to Donna for singlehandedly bringing something so wholesome and sacred to Rickmansworth (she also has a clinic in Covent Garden), and for me, this is noble and honourable, and the least we can do is to support her, so that she can keep supporting us all.Peace and love to you all out there

Donna does the best facials in central London. Her holistic approach means that every facial is different and adapted to my skin issues at the time. The use of gua shas, rollers and amazing products (plus a calming playlist) make this experience all the more enjoyable. My favourite time each month is my facial with Donna. I was drawn to Donna as she uses natural products and traditional methods to improve the skin and face. It is such an amazing treatment and well worth the money. The gua sha stones really helps to lift the face and drain any excess fluid but for me it relaxes all the tight muscles I have in my jaw, neck and upper shoulders. I absolutely love the poultice, which Donna handmakes, its heated and feels wonderful to calm the skin. My face always looks so glowing & fresh afterwards and I don't even need to wear make-up. I normally float out of the room I am so chilled out! Also Donna is such a kind and beautiful person, who I love spending time with. Thank you xxxxx

My facial with Donna was first class, her home treatment room is clean and comfortable. I’ve had many facials in the past few years from different beauticians using different methods but I found Donna’s practice to be best by far. Donna was forthcoming with her knowledge with a list of tips for me post treatment and I was also able to buy a few of the Crystal tools that she uses in her treatments which I found very useful. I very much look forward to my my next visit with Donna.

I visited Donna, finally, having wanting to see her for so so long.It came about in the most unexpected & yet beautifull way.Donna is just as warm in person, and wow, her treatment is unique.Of course, she makes it bespoke for each individual and, well, off she went with her intuition.She said she would work on my back with her gua sha stone.  This helps with stagnation clearing in the body, and imbalances rise to the surface - what is known as sha.  This can be physical and emotional.In my case I'm sure my back looked like it had lots of sha - looks similar to bruising and looks worse than it actually feels.  I didnt feel like how my skin looked if that makes sense!  No pain from it.Before she started on my back, she'd asked me to tell her if it hurt so she can change pressure.I know it might sound strange but my back feels more like a back after so long 🙌🏽Donna then worked on my face.Though she worked on my whole face, my jaw, TMJ area and buccal (intra oral) is where she focused.And boy oh boy can I feel a big difference right now.  My cheeks don't feel rock hard, they feel soft it feels great to smile, not like a hard rock is blocking it!!I am so grateful to have finally visited this hand magician, and honestly if you see her, which you absolutely must, then please make sure Donna works on your back too - I think you'd be missing out otherwise.It really does go hand in hand & makes it what her signature treatment is, exquisite, nurturing & unique!!This, was not a service,It was an experience,like, no, other🪄💫♥️

Each time I see Donna, the experience is truly unique and that’s because she is so connected to creating an amazing bespoke treatment every time. I have had a holistic facial before but the experience I had with Donna was on a different level. She really takes into account the "whole body" and she identified the stress I was feeling when she worked on my neck, shoulders and back releasing a lot of tension which I am sure was showing up in my skin which had been flaring up recently. The techniques and products she uses are exceptional and she fully restored my "glow" and I came out of the appointment with plumped up healthy looking skin. Aside from the relaxing experience I really loved that she shares tips and tools that you can take away and use at home. Her treatment room is a haven in the middle of central London so the perfect place to go if you need some calm and self care time.

Donna has been treating me during my Peri-Menopause through to my Menopause - a really testing time for my skin. Each time I had a treatment it needed to be different depending on my hormones and how they were affecting my skin. I knew I was in such capable hands. I had a face & body treatment with Donna and loved it so much that I booked another one a couple of days later. I can really feel the difference in my skin and people said I looked more relaxed.I had Bell’s palsy and the massage and Gua Sha was very helpful in releasing tightness on that side of my face.It was such a relief to not have so much tightness in my face and neck, and it felt more like it used to before the Bell’s palsy.I so highly recommend Donna's treatments she's the best at what she does.Thank you so very much. I had a gua sha and facial with Donna. With just one session, my back that was sore for the last couple of years and felt dead, was completely changed. All of the muscle pain was gone whenever I'd stand up from bed. Treat yourself to any of Donna's sessions; guarantee that it will be a great investment. And the facial was great too.

I have been to see Donna twice now. I discovered her on Instagram, followed and finally paid a visit for the first time a month ago. I had the Gua Sha fusion facial with Thai Poultice. It was truly amazing. It’s much more than a facial. I work at a computer most of the day, regularly do long hours and some times find myself hunching over; my job can be hectic (sound familiar?). I told Donna this and she started off by working on my back, moved on to my shoulders and then moved on to my face. 1hr and a half of bliss. My second visit, I had puffy eyes I asked Donna if she could tackle that and she did. You may book the same facial, but it will be tailored to your needs, so not the same. I have had many facials/massages over the years and this is one of the best, if not, the best I’ve had. Donna has a lovely way about her and made me feel totally at ease. I can highly recommend a visit, you will not be disappointed!

One of the best facials I’ve ever had. Donna is an extremely pleasant person and was so gentle in her treatment. I would highly recommend the signature treatment with the buccal massage. I had a wonderful experience with Donna. I had been experiencing pain in my neck and upper back after a period of illness. I have the best experience doing the Gua Sha treatment by Donna. I went on a Saturday morning. Although feeling under the weather at first due to my pregnancy, after some hesitation, I decided to keep my appointment and went. One of the best decisions I ever made. Donna is so caring, and her hands have the best touch and I felt so much better after the treatment. My experiential key words for Donna’s Gua Sha treatment: Rejuvenating, Relaxing, DecompressingFull review: I have quite a stressful job, and work from home, off a laptop. Weekends are mostly DJing (leaning over decks and generally standing up in stressful noisy places, playing hard techno). Therefore, it’s safe to say I have a lot of stored up tension, stress, and even anxiety, along with the daily stresses of life ☺Donna’s treatment focused on the upper half of my body with a focus on the facial aspects. It’s called Gua Sha (she explains it better than I ever can on her website ☺). It lasted about 90 mins and it was absolutely wonderful. I came away feeling therapised, cared for, and even listened to (Donna seems to be able to elicit conversations that help to relax me, while doing the treatment). So this is the triumvirate of healing as I see it.I’m a bit picky about therapists splashing any old oil and spritzer and chemicals, and so, Donna patiently explained the provenance of all what she uses and used. For instance, she used only organic skin care by Eminence (they have replanted 20 million trees since being in business), crystal (not synthetic) Gua Sha tools, and applied a mask made of jade crystals (for the eyes), all in order to release tension, stagnant energy, and release some of the pent up energy. There was also the spritzer made from the exquisite Hierba Luisa (Lemon Verbena), which has powerful anti-oxidant properties, and helps to relax and rejuvenate the skin.She also used low-level LED lights to boost collagen production, and finished off with the Tibetan bowls for clearing chakras.Now, as a self-proclaimed rational scientist, all this was something I used to turn my nose up at. But in the past 5 years, having followed a more Buddhist/spiritual path, I see so many benefits in leveraging the habits, customs, and techniques from the far East, thus allowing us stressed Westerners to gain some benefits from that. So for that alone, I thank Donna whole-heartedly. However, the biggest gratitude goes to Donna for singlehandedly bringing something so wholesome and sacred to Rickmansworth (she also has a clinic in Covent Garden), and for me, this is noble and honourable, and the least we can do is to support her, so that she can keep supporting us all.Peace and love to you all out there

Donna does the best facials in central London. Her holistic approach means that every facial is different and adapted to my skin issues at the time. The use of gua shas, rollers and amazing products (plus a calming playlist) make this experience all the more enjoyable. My favourite time each month is my facial with Donna. I was drawn to Donna as she uses natural products and traditional methods to improve the skin and face. It is such an amazing treatment and well worth the money. The gua sha stones really helps to lift the face and drain any excess fluid but for me it relaxes all the tight muscles I have in my jaw, neck and upper shoulders. I absolutely love the poultice, which Donna handmakes, its heated and feels wonderful to calm the skin. My face always looks so glowing & fresh afterwards and I don't even need to wear make-up. I normally float out of the room I am so chilled out! Also Donna is such a kind and beautiful person, who I love spending time with. Thank you xxxxx

My facial with Donna was first class, her home treatment room is clean and comfortable. I’ve had many facials in the past few years from different beauticians using different methods but I found Donna’s practice to be best by far. Donna was forthcoming with her knowledge with a list of tips for me post treatment and I was also able to buy a few of the Crystal tools that she uses in her treatments which I found very useful. I very much look forward to my my next visit with Donna.
